1 Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Saanvi Glass Industries. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our site and must discontinue use immediately.

2 Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, our website, database code, designs, graphics, text, photos, and logo branding are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade dress regulations. No part of our site contents may be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed for commercial purposes without our express prior written permission.

3 Order Specifications & Customization

As a specialized safety glass manufacturer, Saanvi Glass Industries processes customized dimensions.

• Tolerances: All custom-tempered, insulated (DGU), and laminated glass panels are subject to standard industry size tolerances (+/- 2mm) unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• Order Approval: Customers are solely responsible for verifying sizes, thicknesses, cut-outs, and edge-polishing requirements before signing the engineering approval sheets. Once glass is tempered, it cannot be cut, drilled, or altered.
• Cancellation: Orders for custom-fabricated or tempered items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.

4 Payment Terms and Pricing

Prices for our products and processing services are subject to quote requests and are valid only for the duration specified on the official quote document. Standard payment terms require a advance deposit before custom processing, with the remaining balance due prior to dispatch or upon delivery, as negotiated with our accounts department.

5 Delivery and Damage Policy

We arrange packing and transit through specialized logistics carriers. Responsibility for inspection lies with the buyer upon delivery. Any issues, breakages, or spec discrepancies must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Saanvi Glass Industries within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence, to qualify for damage assessment or replacement.

6 Limitation of Liability

In no event will Saanvi Glass Industries, its directors, or employees be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from the installation, handling, or structural failures of our glass products.

7 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar.
